We are located over at 40 Dhobi Talao, on the 11th A Cross. Our office is on the 4th floor, right opposite the Swadeshi Market. It’s a busy area and the building has been there forever. We focus on insurance advice, mostly helping families and individuals figure out what kind of coverage they actually need without all the confusing talk. Insurance can be a headache for a lot of people, so we just sit down and go through the forms together. The office isn't anything special, just some chairs, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of pens. We spend a lot of time on the phone with companies or explaining terms to people who stop by. It’s a lot of reading and checking fine print, which isn't the most exciting thing, but it’s important. We’ve been in this spot near the market for a long time, so we know most of the local shopkeepers. We don't do big presentations or anything like that. People usually come in because they got a letter they don't understand or they want to make sure their car or house is covered properly. We just give them the facts and let them decide. It's a steady job and we like being part of the community here. If you're coming by, just look for the stairs near the main entrance. We usually have the radio on low and a stack of papers to get through. It is just part of the daily routine.
