Down in Chira Bazar at number 489, you’ll find Shreya Infotech. It’s an old building, and our office is tucked away where you might almost miss it if you aren't looking. We’ve got computers everywhere—some are being fixed, and some are just parts we keep for later. The smell of solder is pretty common here. We spend most of our time dealing with software errors or hardware that decided to quit. It’s not always easy because some of these machines have seen better days. Chira Bazar is a crowded place, and getting stuff delivered through the narrow lanes is always a bit of a headache. We mostly help people from the local offices who have issues with their networks or laptops. There’s no big sign or fancy lobby. It’s just a room with desks and a lot of cables running across the floor. We try to keep it organized, but when you have five different projects going on, it gets messy fast. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is annoying when you’re in the middle of a setup. We just grab a coffee from the corner and wait for it to stabilize. It is just a small local operation where we handle tech problems as they come. Nothing more, nothing less. We've been at this for a good while now, so we know the quirks of the neighborhood and the people around.
