Shree Warkari Ayurvedic Clinic & Research Centre

We are based at Warkari Bhavan on G K Road in Worli West. Our clinic and research centre is right opposite the Nerolac Paints House. It’s a fairly busy part of town, but once you step inside, it’s much quieter. Shree Warkari Ayurvedic Clinic has been here for a good number of years. We focus on traditional Ayurvedic methods and spend time researching different herbal combinations. The office is full of old books and jars of various ingredients. I handle the daily scheduling and help out with the research notes. We have a few rooms where the doctor sees patients and performs treatments. It’s not a modern-looking place with glass and chrome. We prefer the traditional look with wooden furniture and simple decor. The smell of the herbs is quite strong, but most people find it relaxing. We get a mix of local residents and people who travel across the city to see us. It’s a small team here, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We take our work seriously but we aren't formal or corporate about it. We just want to provide a place where people can find these old remedies. Our day is usually a mix of seeing patients and looking through our old texts. It’s a steady pace of life and we’ve become a fixed part of the Worli West area over the years.
