Shree Mahalaxmi Telecom

Shree Mahalaxmi Telecom is a small shop located in Ghatkopar West at H O 2. It is a busy little place where we spend our days looking at tiny screens and small circuit boards. The counter is usually covered with phones waiting to be fixed or people asking about recharge plans. We do not have much space, so things can get a bit cluttered with boxes and charging cables everywhere. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside and people coming in and out all day. Sometimes the internet is slow and it makes our work take longer, but that is just how it is. We are not some big tech center, just a local shop where you can get your phone sorted out. We have been in Ghatkopar for a while and see the same faces often. Most of our work is just sitting behind the glass counter with a screwdriver or a soldering iron. It can be tedious when a part does not fit right or a screen keeps flickering for no reason. We do not use any fancy systems to track things, just a notebook and some grit. People come to us when they dropped their phone or the battery died. We try to help them out and get them on their way. It is a simple life running a telecom shop in a crowded neighborhood. We keep the doors open and just take things one customer at a time. The tea is usually cold by the time we drink it.
