Shraddha Tour & Travels

If you are around Mulund West on Lamington Road, you will find our small office at number 11. Shraddha Tour & Travels has been around for a while, helping people figure out their bus tickets and train bookings. We also help with car rentals if someone needs to go out of town for a wedding or a family trip. It isn't a very large office, just a few desks and some old calendars on the wall. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, but that is just part of the job. We know a lot of the local families here in Mulund because they have been booking their summer holidays with us for years. We don't have any big brochures or fancy sales people. It is just us giving advice on which roads are better or which trains are usually on time. We handle the paperwork so people don't have to worry about it themselves. Most of the time it is just steady work, answering questions and printing out tickets. It gets a bit loud with the traffic from Lamington Road outside, but we are used to it. We just keep things moving and try to make sure everyone gets where they need to go without any big headaches. It’s a plain shop for regular travelers.
