It’s a real hustle down here every single day. There are handcarts and trucks everywhere, and the noise is constant. We do clearing work, so we are always dealing with customs papers and making sure goods get through the port without too much trouble. It is a lot of running around. Sometimes we are in the office, other times we are out at the docks or the customs house. The office itself is tucked away in the building, and it’s always full of the smell of spices from the market outside. It’s a very old-school way of doing business in this part of Mumbai. We’ve got a small group of people working here, and we’ve known each other for years. It’s not a fancy setup. We have old desks and lots of files stacked up against the walls.
