Shiv Mobiles

Our shop is tucked away in Malad East, right in the middle of all the daily hustle. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but the locals know us well enough. We mostly handle mobile repairs and sell a few accessories like headphones and screen guards. The counter is usually covered with tiny screwdrivers and those plastic pry tools. It’s a small room, so when three or four people come in at once, it feels very full. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most mornings start with cleaning the glass display cases, though they get fingerprints on them again within an hour. We hear the trains passing by nearby, and the street noise never really stops. People drop off their phones and go run their other errands, then come back hoping for the best. We don't have any corporate slogans or a marketing team. It’s just a place where we sit and work on small electronics all day. Sometimes we have a bit of a chat with the regulars about the weather or the local news while we wait for a software update to finish. It’s a steady rhythm of life here. We just try to do a decent job so people don't have to come back for the same problem twice.
