Shaktiman Plast

Shaktiman Plast is located out in Mulund West. We’re situated near the Chikka Begur Gate, specifically in the Ram Gopal End.Estate on R.P. Road. It’s a typical industrial area with lots of small units like ours. Inside, it’s mostly machines and the sound of them running throughout the day. We deal with plastics, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the air. The estate can be a bit difficult to navigate if you aren’t used to it, but we’ve been here long enough that we know every corner. We started small and we’ve stayed pretty much that way. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us and the guys who help with the production. We spend most of our time making sure the machines are working right and that the orders are being packed correctly. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s the nature of the work. We usually eat our lunch together in a small corner of the shop. R.P. Road is always busy with trucks coming and going, so we have to be quick when loading up. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just want to make decent products and keep the business going. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but it feels good to see the finished items piled up at the end of the day.
