You can find our shop in Jogeshwari, specifically in Subash Nagar at number 786. It is a real neighborhood spot, and most of the people who come in live just a short walk away. We spend a lot of our time doing small repairs on mobile phones. It could be a screen that is cracked or a battery that won't hold a charge anymore. We have a small workbench tucked into the back where we keep our tools and a big magnifying glass. Even though it is busy outside, it is usually quiet while we are working on a phone. Subash Nagar is a lively place with lots of kids running around and neighbors talking in the street. We stay open pretty late because that is when most people are home from work and can bring their phones in for us to look at. The walls are just painted a plain color and we have a few simple posters up. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that, we just come in and get to work. Sometimes we don't have the right part in the shop, so we have to go out and get it, which might take a day or two. Our customers are usually pretty patient because they have known us for a long time. It is just a couple of us running the whole place. It is a simple way to live, and we like being part of the community here in Jogeshwari.
