Shailesh Gadre

My name is Shailesh Gadre and I operate out of 6 Amar Mahal in the Cham Cham Industrial Estate. You can find us near the Kashimira Fatak Road, right by the Jasmine Apartments. It's an industrial area, so there’s always trucks and noise around, which is pretty normal for this part of town. I’ve been set up here for a while now, handling the daily operations from this small space. It's not a flashy office or anything like that. Mostly, I’m just focused on the work at hand and making sure things move along properly. The location is actually quite easy to find once you get onto Kashimira Fatak Road. Living and working around here means I see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a mix of industrial activity and the nearby residential blocks like Jasmine Apartments. Usually, my day starts early and ends when the work is finished. I don't really have a big team or a lot of staff, so I handle most things myself. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with traffic near the fatak, but you get used to that after a while. I just keep the shop open and stay busy with whatever needs doing. It’s a straightforward life and the business reflects that. I don't see any reason to change how things are going. It works for me and the people I deal with every single day.
