Our place is tucked away in Antop Hill, specifically on 12th Cross near 10th Main. If you are familiar with the area, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. It is a pretty tight space, but we have managed to fit everything we need for repairs and sales. Most of my day is spent hunched over a workbench under a bright light. My hands usually have a bit of dirt or grease on them from handling old phone cases and tools. People from the surrounding blocks come in when their charging port gets loose or their screen goes dark. We don't have fancy furniture, just a few stools for anyone who needs to wait while we check a device. The neighborhood is always moving, so there is plenty to see out the front door. Sometimes we have to wait for specific parts to arrive from the bigger markets, and we just tell our customers to check back in a couple of days. That is just how the business works here. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren’t. It is just a local mobile point where you can get things looked at without much fuss. The shelves have some basic chargers and cables that people are always losing. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fan is always going. The area behind the counter is a bit cluttered with wires, but it works for us. That is just the way the shop has always been.
