Our office is at B-139, Bizzbay, on the Nibm Undri Road, right opposite Clover Hills in Pune. It is a bit further out from the main city center, which makes the commute a little different for most of us. Bizzbay is a known building around here, and we have been in this spot for a while now. We deal with energy projects, which keeps us pretty busy with site assessments and technical reports. The office is usually a mix of quiet focused work and the sound of people chatting about various project details. We have a window that looks out towards the road, and we see the traffic go by while we are working on our laptops. It is not the kind of place where things are overly formal. We wear what is comfortable and just focus on the data and the designs we are supposed to finish. Sometimes we have to travel to remote locations to see where the energy plants are being built, which is a nice break from the office routine. When we are back in Pune, we spend our time catching up on all the admin work and meeting with the rest of the team. We don't really go for fancy speeches or big corporate events. We just show up and do the engineering work that is required. The building has a few other shops and offices, so there is always some movement in the hallways.
