Sensation

Sensation is located at G M Bhosle Marg 28/16 in Worli West. It’s an old building, and the shop has been part of this street for a while now. We mostly deal with mobile accessories and basic repair work. Worli is a mix of old chawls and new buildings, so we get all kinds of people coming through the door every day. I start the day by opening the shutters and setting up the display outside. It’s a narrow shop, so you have to be careful not to bump into the glass when you walk in. We have a lot of colorful phone covers that people like to browse through while they wait. Most of the time, I’m sitting on a stool behind the main counter waiting for the next job. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people just see the sign and walk in. If a phone is really broken, I usually tell them it’ll take a day or two because I have to get the parts from the market. It’s honest work. The street outside is always noisy with cars and people shouting, but inside it’s a bit calmer. I’ve worked here long enough to know exactly which drawer every little screw and tool is in. It’s not a high-end boutique, just a regular shop where you can get your phone fixed without any fuss or high prices. We just do our thing here.
