If you know Andheri West, you know how busy SV Road gets, especially near the railway station. We are tucked into Chauhan Building at Plot 22/B. It’s a hectic spot, but being close to the station means there is always something happening right outside the door. At Send My Gift, we spend our time managing a lot of moving parts. It’s mostly boxes, packing tape, and checking addresses over and over. Sometimes the traffic on SV Road makes things take a bit longer than we’d like, but we do what we can. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the daily rush. We see a lot of people rushing to catch their trains while we are just getting started with the morning deliveries. It can get a bit loud with the horns and the general noise of Mumbai, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big team, just enough hands to keep things from piling up too high. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the labels are stuck on straight. It’s steady work, and we’ve been at this spot long enough that the local chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea. It’s a real place with real people just trying to get through the daily pile of tasks without making too many mistakes.
