You can find Seachange India Pvt. Ltd over on the 3rd floor of the Gujrals building. It is located on C.S.T. Road in Kalina, Santacruz East. It is a pretty active area with lots of commercial activity happening all around us. The building itself is easy enough to spot once you are on the main stretch. Our floor is usually buzzing with the sound of keyboards and people talking over each other. We have set things up so we can get our work done without too much distraction, though the sounds from the road still make it inside sometimes. It is not a huge office, but it is enough for our team to sit together and figure things out. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly sitting at our stations and going through files or dealing with whatever comes up in the emails. We do not have a big corporate culture or anything. It is more like a group of people who have worked together long enough to know how to get things done. We take our breaks when we can, often just standing by the window for a minute or grabbing a quick bite from the shops downstairs. Kalina is a convenient spot for us because of the transport links, even if the traffic during the evening can be a bit of a nightmare. We just keep things moving, focusing on the daily grind and making sure the work stays on track. It is a solid, functional workspace for everyone here.
