We are based in Andheri East, located on Macwana Road. This part of Mumbai is always moving at a hundred miles an hour. There is a lot of traffic on Macwana Road and the noise from the street never really stops. Nevales Networks Pvt Ltd is right in the thick of it. Our office is a functional space that is designed for work rather than show. We have a lot of networking equipment and servers that make a constant humming sound in the background. It is a bit of a tight squeeze with all the gear we have, but we manage to stay organized. The air conditioning is the most important thing in the office because of the Mumbai humidity. We have a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a water cooler. We usually order in lunch from one of the local places because the heat outside is too much during the day. We have been at this location for a good while and we know all the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. The people who work here are a dedicated bunch and we often find ourselves staying late to finish up a project. We do not have any fancy titles or a strict hierarchy. Everyone just does what is necessary to get the job done. It is a busy, noisy, and productive place to be.
