Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd is over in Kanjur Marg West. We are in the Surya Complex, specifically Building 3, Block 622. Kanjur Marg is one of those areas that feels very industrial and hardworking. Our office is pretty much what you would expect for this part of Mumbai. It’s a solid space where we handle a lot of the technical and electrical business details. The Surya Complex is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find Building 3, it’s easy enough. Inside, we have our workstations and a lot of technical manuals and gear lying around. It’s not a place for showing off; it’s a place for getting work done. We spend a lot of time on calls or coordinating different projects across the city. The noise from the local train line and the nearby traffic is just background music to us now. We’ve been in this block for a while and it suits the nature of our work. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just deal with the daily tasks, fix problems when they pop up, and keep the records straight. It’s a busy atmosphere but we have a good rhythm going. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know the best spots for lunch nearby. We just focus on the electrical side of things and make sure everything runs as it should.
