Saxena Marine-Tech (P) Ltd.

Our office is over in Vidhyavihar West, inside the Skyline Oasis Compound on Premier Road. We are at 102 Erbent. It’s a bit of a trek to get back here sometimes because of the traffic on Premier Road. We do a lot of work related to ships and marine parts. The space is a mix of an office and a place where we keep tools and spare parts. It’s not exactly a showroom. We have maps and technical drawings pinned to the walls. Most of the guys are out on sites or at the docks, so it can be quiet here during the middle of the day. Then it gets busy again in the evening when everyone comes back with their reports. We’ve been in this compound for a while now. It’s a safe spot and we have enough room for our gear. We aren't interested in making the place look like a corporate headquarters. We just need a solid roof and a place to sit and figure out the technical stuff. Sometimes we are dealing with old engines, other times it’s newer electronics. It’s varied. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up for breaks. We just focus on the marine jobs we get and try to do them right. It’s a specialized kind of work, but we like being tucked away here in Vidhyavihar. We don't have much to show off, just the tools we use and the desk work we have to finish every evening.
