Afcons Infrastructure Ltd has a place at B-205 Hibiscus Apartments. It is located just off Yari Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. Andheri West is a busy part of the city, but being in an apartment complex gives us a bit of a calmer environment to look over technical drawings and sort out the payroll. It’s not a flashy office with a big sign out front. Instead, it’s a functional space where we can sit down and actually think. We have a few desks set up and plenty of storage for all our project folders. Sometimes the neighbors see us coming in with stacks of paper or rolls of blueprints. We try to keep things low-key. Working in Mumbai means you have to be flexible, and having this spot near Yari Road helps us stay connected to the western suburbs. We aren't corporate people who use big words; we just talk about what needs to be built and how much it will cost. Most of the time, the team is out on-site, so the office is only half-full. It’s a simple setup that suits the way we work. We focus on the details and getting the job done without much fuss.
