Saroj Watch & Mobile Point

Our shop is situated at Saj 39, along the B G Kher Road and Magadi Road area. We’ve got a bit of a mix here at Saroj Watch & Mobile Point, dealing with both watches and mobile phones. It might seem like an odd combination, but people always seem to need one or the other fixed. We spend a lot of time hunched over a workbench with small tools, whether we’re changing a watch battery or trying to fix a charging port on a phone. The shop is small and filled with cabinets and little drawers for all the tiny parts we use. It can be a bit of a challenge to keep everything organized, but we have our own system that works for us. We don’t do anything fancy like big sales or promotions. Most of our customers come in because they’ve walked past us for years and finally have something that’s broken. We give them a straight answer about whether it can be fixed or if it’s better to just get something new. Sometimes we’re waiting on parts to arrive, which can be frustrating for everyone, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now and like the rhythm of the street. It’s just us doing the work we know how to do. The glass cases are a bit old and there’s always some dust on the boxes of older watch models we keep in the back corner.
