Saradha Tours & Travels

Saradha Tours & Travels is based out of Narayan Bunglows, B - 604, in Andheri East. It is more like a home office than a typical shop you see on the street. We started doing this because we always liked to travel and friends would ask us for help with their own trips. Eventually, it just turned into a real business. Being in a residential building means it is quiet most of the time. We don't get a lot of walk-in traffic from strangers. Most of the people we help are living in the same complex or they are friends of friends. We handle flight tickets and hotel stays. Sometimes we get stuck on hold with the airlines for an hour. That is just how the job goes. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It is just us in the back room with a couple of laptops and a printer that occasionally jams. We keep things very simple and direct. If someone wants to go somewhere, we look for the cheapest way and tell them. We are not trying to sell expensive packages that people don't need. It is a small operation and we like keeping it that way. Andheri East is a very busy area but our little corner in B - 604 is peaceful. We just do our work day by day and try to keep everything organized for our regulars.
