Primark Travel House Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Cinderella building, unit A-103, over in Powai. We are quite close to the Hiranandani Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find us. The area is quite nice, with plenty of trees and a bit more breathing room than the rest of the city. Our office is where we handle all the travel bookings, flight tickets, and holiday plans. It is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people talking to airlines. We have stacks of files and some old computers that we use to check the latest fares. It is a lot of work to keep track of all the different rules and prices that change every day. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flight getting cancelled, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to fix it for the client. It can be quite stressful, but we have been doing this for a long time. The office is small and simple. We have a few chairs for clients to sit on while we look up their options. We aren't a big online portal; we are just a local travel house where you can actually talk to a person. We have our regular customers from the Powai neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We don't do much advertising. We just try to get the bookings done right. It's a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy helping people with their trips.
