360 Degree Holidays is based in Shlogham House 4, which is right across from Dev Nagar in Kandivali West. It’s a pretty lively neighborhood to work in. Our office isn’t huge, just enough room for a few desks and some computers where we look up flights and hotels all day. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves and thought we could help others figure out their trips too. Most of the time, the office is a bit cluttered with printouts and maps. It isn't like those polished agencies you see in malls. We are just regular people who know a bit about where to go and how to get there. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people going about their business. We usually have the door open to get some air, so you can hear everything happening in Dev Nagar. Sometimes clients drop in just to chat about where they want to go next, and we sit down with a cup of tea to figure it out. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just do the work of booking things and making sure the dates line up for everyone. It can be stressful when a flight gets canceled or something goes wrong, but we just pick up the phone and try to fix it. It is just a small local business in Kandivali trying to keep things moving and get people to where they want to go.
