We are located right at C10 on Sahar Road in Andheri East, not too far from the old Chakala cigarette factory. It’s a spot that most people around here know well because of the landmark. Our office is a simple one where we handle travel bookings and car rentals for whoever walks in. We have been sitting at this same desk for a long time, watching the traffic go by outside. It isn't a big corporate setup with a lot of people in suits. It is just us, a couple of phones, and a lot of registers. We spend most of the day talking to drivers and making sure they know the pickup points. People come to us when they want to plan a trip to their village or maybe just a weekend away with the family. We check the bus timings or figure out which car would be best for their luggage. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking gets complicated, and we have to spend extra time on the phone to sort it out. We don't put on any acts here. If a trip is going to be long or the roads are bad, we just tell people how it is. We like being in Andheri because it is always moving and there is always someone needing to go somewhere. We just keep doing our thing every day from morning until the last car is sorted out.
