Balaji Travel

Balaji Travel is based in Room No. B-12 at the Siddhartha Rahiwasi Seva Sangha. We are situated right by D B Pawar Chowk in R A Nagar, Ghatkopar East. Our office is quite small and tucked away, so you might miss it if you aren't looking closely. It’s basically just a room where we have a couple of chairs for customers and a desk where we keep our schedules and booking forms. We help people with all sorts of travel plans, mostly local bus tickets or hiring a vehicle for a family function or a trip out of the city. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the travel business inside out. We’ve been in Ghatkopar East for many years, so we know most of the families around here. They usually just come to us to find a price and a reliable driver they can count on. We don’t use any fancy booking software. Most of our work is done over the phone or by writing things down in our registers. It gets quite lively in the evenings when people are heading home and stop by to ask about ticket availability. We don't put up big posters or run ads. We just try to be helpful and honest about the timings and the costs. Sometimes things go wrong with the traffic or the weather, and we just do our best to fix it.
