Marhaba Trip

Marhaba Trip is situated in the main area of Matunga East. We are right near the Tata Power office, which is a very easy spot for people to find. Matunga is a great neighborhood with a lot of character, and we like being part of it. The office itself is quite small and often has posters of different travel destinations on the walls, though some of them are getting a bit old now. We have a couple of computers where we look up flights and train schedules for people. The phone rings a lot, usually with someone asking about ticket prices or visa requirements. It can get a bit loud when we have a few customers in at the same time, all talking at once. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. There is always a stack of brochures on the counter that people can look through while they wait. We have been helping people with their travel plans from this same spot for years. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to ask people to wait a minute, but they usually do not mind. We try to be helpful and just give people the information they need without any fancy sales talk. It is a humble little office in a busy part of Mumbai where we just do our daily work.
