Santosh Telecom

Santosh Telecom is situated in the Bhandup West area, specifically in Fenton Ganj Industrial Area 2 near the Mandi. It is a bit of a walk to get here if you are not used to the industrial zones. We spend our days surrounded by mobile phones, chargers, and a lot of small electronic parts. The shop isn't big at all, so every bit of wall space has some accessory hanging on it. Being in an industrial area means we get many workers coming in during their lunch break to get a screen fixed or to buy a new battery. It is a dusty place because of the factories and all the trucks moving on the main road. We have a small workbench where we do the repair jobs. It has a bright lamp and many tiny tools scattered around. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of the smallest components. We don't have a waiting room for customers. People just stand near the counter or wait outside while we take a look at their phones. Bhandup West is very crowded, and the Mandi area has a lot of noise and movement. We open up early and stay open until late because that is when our customers are finished with their own work. It is a very straightforward business for us. We fix things that are broken and sell what people need for their mobile devices. We just do the work as it comes in.
