Our place is at the Jaykay Industrial Estate, right there on the Linking Road Extension in Santacruz. It’s a bit of a maze getting back to units 13 and 14 sometimes. Being near Shastrinagar means there's always traffic outside. Nikita Innovations & Agro Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend all our waking hours. It’s an old building, but it does the job for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just do the agro work. The office part is just a couple of desks pushed together with a lot of files. We deal with suppliers and vendors all day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, so we just open the window instead. It’s a bit noisy with the street outside, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or free coffee. If you come here, you’ll likely see us in our everyday clothes, probably looking a bit tired. We just keep moving forward with the business. It’s a lot of logistics and checking on things. We’ve been in Santacruz for a while now and we know the local guys around the estate. It’s a tight-knit spot. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit messy from time to time.
