Sanjay Plastics

Chira Bazar is a maze if you don't know your way around. We are located at the 8th Cross on the 2nd Main Road, Shop No 111/113. Sanjay Plastics has been here for a long time, and the shop is filled to the brim with all sorts of plastic goods. You can barely see the back wall most days because of the sacks and crates piled up. It smells like new plastic and floor cleaner in here. We spend a lot of time moving things around to find what a customer wants. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, but it keeps us moving. The shop isn't modern; the floor is a bit uneven and the paint is peeling in the corners where the damp gets in during the monsoon. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the stock well enough to find things in the dark. We handle a lot of walk-ins from the neighborhood and regular traders who have been coming to us for a decade. We don't do much marketing because the word of mouth around Chira Bazar is usually enough to keep us busy. It’s a simple life. We open up, sort the stock, talk to the regulars, and close up when the street lights come on. It’s crowded and noisy, but it’s our corner of the market and we’re used to every bit of it.
