Sangeeta Communication Centre

At Sangeeta Communication Centre, we keep things pretty simple. You can find us over in Mumbai Central, specifically at Ho Behi Marg 4. It’s a handy location for people who live nearby or are just passing through the station area. The shop isn't massive, but we've got enough space to handle what we do every day. Mostly, it's about recharges, SIM cards, and fixing up small issues with phones that people bring in. Mumbai Central is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside. We’ve been here long enough to know many of the faces who walk by. It’s a lot of work sometimes, especially when multiple people want things done at once, but we manage. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a small crew of us trying to get things right. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a five-minute break, then it’s back to the screens. We try to keep the most common parts in stock so people don't have to wait for days. The lights in here are a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at tiny screws inside a phone. We don’t really do fancy displays. We just put the stuff on the shelves and hope it’s what someone needs that day. It's a real place for real people who just want their phones to work. We end our day late and start again early the next morning. It's just the way life is around here.
