Sangai Farming

We’ve been here at Elphinston House on Murzaban Road for quite a while now. If you know the C.S.T. area, you know it gets crowded, but we like it here. Sangai Farming isn't some big flashy office with glass walls. It's just us working through the daily tasks. Most mornings start with checking the logs and seeing what needs to get sent out. We deal with the agricultural side of things, which means a lot of coordination. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the street noise outside. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Just desks, some old files, and people who know what they’re doing. It gets dusty, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for us. Living and working around Murzaban Road means you get used to the pace. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit unless they have to. We just focus on the farming business and making sure the paperwork is right. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and vendors. Sometimes things go wrong, a shipment is late or a document is missing, and we just spend the afternoon fixing it. That’s just how it is. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business running from this corner of Mumbai. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it long enough that the walls feel like home.
