We are tucked away in Crawford Market, specifically on 8th Main, 1st A Cross. It’s unit A 24, which isn't the easiest to find if you aren't looking for it. The market is always loud and there’s always someone moving crates around outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly mobile phones and a lot of different chargers. We have screens piled up in the back for when people drop their phones and need a quick fix. It’s a small space, so we have to use every inch of the walls for hanging cases and cables. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it keeps the place cool enough. We’ve been at this spot for a few years now. Most of our customers are people working nearby who need a new battery or a screen guard put on properly. We don't have those fancy chairs for people to wait in. You just stand by the glass counter while we work on your device. The lighting is a bit harsh because of the white tubes we put up to see the tiny screws. We usually have the radio playing in the background, mostly news or old songs. It’s just a honest little shop in a very busy part of the city. We keep things moving and try to get the repairs done by the time the market shuts for the day.
