Samsung Mobile Shop

Our shop is the Samsung Mobile Shop located at Mahim Venkatamma Ramaiyya Layout MSR Road 41400. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but we’re easy to find once you’re on MSR Road. It’s a decent-sized space, though we’ve filled most of it with display units and accessory racks. We see a lot of people from the layout coming in just to see what’s new or to ask why their phone is acting slow. We aren't the kind of place that pressures you to buy the most expensive thing. Usually, we just chat about what you actually use your phone for. The floor gets a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, and we’re constantly wiping fingerprints off the glass displays. It’s part of the job when you deal with touchscreens all day. The area here in Mahim has a nice community feel to it. You get people stopping by on their way to work or while they’re out doing their grocery shopping. We try to keep things relaxed. There’s no loud music or aggressive sales talk. Just a few of us who know a lot about these devices. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough to see the technology change completely, yet the way we talk to our customers stays pretty much the same.
