Samsung Mobile Corners

Our shop is located in Ghatkopar East, specifically in the Oshiwara area. It is not a very big place, just a corner where we handle mobile phones. Most of our day is spent looking through magnifying glasses at tiny parts that the rest of the world never sees. People come in with all sorts of problems, from phones that fell in the water to screens that look like spiderwebs. We have a glass counter at the front where we display some basic accessories like cables and cheap headphones. The back of the shop is where the real work happens, with soldering irons and screwdrivers scattered around. Ghatkopar is always buzzing with people, so we see a lot of different faces every day. We aren't a shiny mall store with staff in uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we thought because we have to wait for a specific part to be delivered. We tell the customers the truth about how long it will take. We don't have a fancy waiting area, so people usually just go grab a tea nearby and come back later. It is a small business, and we handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the glass to doing the accounts. We like the pace of things here, even when it gets a bit stressful with too many repairs piling up on the shelf.
