You can find Sam Mobiles World Of Mobile at Sheetal Apartment, right on M Road in Bhandup West. We are in shop number 3. It’s a small place, really, but we’ve managed to fit a lot into it. The walls are covered with different phone cases and charging cables hanging on hooks. We spend most of our time behind the counter, looking at screens or trying to fix a loose connection on someone’s phone. It gets a bit cramped when three or four customers come in at once, but we make it work. Bhandup West is a busy area, and there’s always something happening outside on M Road. We see a lot of the same faces every day, people going to work or coming home from the station. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. We just rely on the fact that people know we’re here and that we’ll try to help them out. Sometimes we run out of a specific battery and have to wait a few days for the delivery, which is frustrating for everyone. The shop stays open until quite late because that’s when most people have time to stop by. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. It’s a simple, local business. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the phones in the neighborhood working like they should.
