Saini Crane Service Pvt. Ltd. is located over at B-1/7 in the Wadala Truck Terminal. Being in the Mmrda area of Wadala means we are right in the middle of all the heavy transport action. It’s a massive place, and there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks coming through. We’ve been stationed here for quite some time. Our yard is where we store our different cranes and lifting gear. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy carpets or air-conditioned waiting rooms. Our office is just a small space for keeping the logs and files in order. Most of our time is spent out on the ground, making sure the cranes are positioned correctly and the loads are secured. We help out with everything from moving shipping containers to lifting heavy machinery for the workshops nearby. The guys here are tough and they don't mind getting their hands dirty. We’ve seen all kinds of situations in this terminal over the years. We don't use any corporate language or try to act bigger than we are. We are just a group of people who know how to lift heavy things safely. It’s a busy life, and there’s always another job waiting as soon as one is finished. Sometimes we stay late to get everything parked right. It keeps us busy all through the week.
