We’re based out of number 6, Shah Niwas on Jakaria Road. It’s right in Malad West, across from the Ardhana Shopping Centre. If you know that area, you know it gets incredibly crowded, especially on weekends. Our office is a small room in the building where we handle all the hiring details. It’s not a big corporate setup with receptionists and glass walls. It’s just a desk, some old files, and a few chairs that have seen better days. We’ve been on Jakaria Road for years and we like the vibe of Malad. It’s busy and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating where the cranes need to go next. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when the traffic holds everything up, but we’re used to the Mumbai pace. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just rent out cranes. If someone needs one, they come by the office or give us a call, and we figure out the schedule. It’s a very simple way of doing things. We know the shopkeepers around here and usually grab our tea from the same spot every morning. It’s a bit cramped in the office, but it works for us. We just try to keep things moving along without too much trouble. It's a modest place but it's where we get all the real work done.
