Sai Prasad Super Shoppe

Sai Prasad Super Shoppe is located in Shop No 21 of the Pratap Nagar Co-op Housing Society in Tranjli Camp, Andheri East. It is a typical neighborhood store where we sell all the daily essentials that people need. The morning starts really early for us, usually around five or six, when the milk and bread deliveries arrive at the door. We spend a lot of time stocking the shelves and making sure the grains are clean and ready. It is a small shop, so we have to use every inch of space, even hanging packets of snacks from the ceiling. Most of our customers live right here in the housing society, so we know their families and what they usually buy every week. Sometimes they just come in to chat for a bit while they wait for their groceries to be packed. We have an old ledger where we keep track of things, though we try to be more organized these days with the billing. It can get very busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work and they realize they forgot to buy something for their dinner. We don't have fancy displays or air conditioning, just a couple of fans and a lot of familiar faces. It is a simple life, running the shop and making sure we don't run out of sugar or oil. We have been part of this community for a long time.
