Sai Phones

Being over here at Goregaon East on the Baltana Zirakpur 29 stretch, things are always moving. Sai Phones isn't a massive showroom with bright flashing lights. It’s just a regular shop where we sell mobiles and accessories. The sign outside is a little faded from the sun, but you can still read it fine. I spend most of my time behind the counter. My nephew helps with the stock because my back isn't what it used to be. We get a lot of travelers and locals coming through. The road outside can get dusty, so we are constantly wiping down the display cases. It’s a lot of work just keeping things clean. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us who know how things work. Sometimes a customer wants a discount that we just can't give, and we have to explain why. It’s not about being difficult, just keeping the lights on. We have a small plastic clock on the wall that is always five minutes fast. I never bothered to fix it. It helps us close up on time. We don't do those fancy marketing flyers. Word of mouth usually brings people in. If someone is happy, they tell a neighbor. That is how it has been for years now. We are just here doing our thing every day.
