SAI Kiran Telecom

We are located in Shree Satnam Apartment, Shop Number 7, on L T Road in Mulund East. Since we are inside an apartment building, it feels more like a neighbor's place than a cold store. We handle telecom stuff, mostly things like mobile recharges and fixing small issues with phones or tablets. It is a quiet street compared to the main market area further down. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their bills to be processed. Often, we find ourselves talking about the local news or the weather with the customers. The shop is small and we keep most of our tools in a blue plastic box under the table. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough so people know where to turn into the building. Sometimes the kids from the building run past the door and make a lot of noise. It is a very local vibe. We have some old posters on the glass that have faded over time from the sun hitting them. We don't mind the look. It shows we have been here for a bit. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in. If we can't fix something, we just say so. There is no point in pretending to know everything. We just enjoy being part of the Mulund East neighborhood and helping out where we can. We usually have a snack around four.
