We’re right there at the corner of the Behram Baygh signal in Jogeshwari West. It’s a very busy spot, and there’s always noise from the traffic and the pedestrians. We work with acrylic sheets, cutting them to size and making things for people. You’ll see stacks of colorful plastic sheets leaning against the walls in the back. We do a lot of nameplates and boxes and sometimes displays for other shops in the area. The smell of burning plastic from the laser cutter or the saws is pretty constant throughout the day. It’s a messy job with a lot of little scraps of plastic and dust all over the floor. We spend a lot of time sweeping up just to keep the place halfway decent. Customers usually come in with a rough idea or a drawing on a scrap of paper or their phone. We try to figure out the best way to make it for them without it costing too much. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a working shop where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait to finish a cut, which is really frustrating when we have a deadline. Being near the signal means everyone sees us, but parking is a nightmare for our customers. We’ve been at this corner for a long time. It’s just me and a couple of helpers working here. We don't do anything too complicated, just good work with our hands.
