We've been working out of this spot in Dahisar for quite some time now. Our shop is in Gala No. 5, which is part of the Mohan Arjun Compound on S M Marg. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but most people know the Landmark Gharpan Pada No. 2 nearby. We are also quite close to Vaghdevi Nagar, so there is always some noise from the street and people moving about. Inside the gala, things are usually a bit cluttered with half-finished signs and scraps of material. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps things moving. Most days, we just show up early, open the shutters, and start on whatever orders came in the day before. We handle all sorts of advertising bits, like boards and banners for local shops. Sometimes the traffic on S M Marg gets really backed up, making it hard to load the bigger stuff onto the trucks. It’s just a regular work life here. We know the neighbors well and usually see the same faces every morning. The compound has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. We don't have any fancy office space or anything like that. It’s just a practical workshop where we get things done. We usually wrap up when the light starts to fade, heading home through the busy Dahisar streets like everyone else.
