Khas Enterprises

Khas Enterprises is situated on the first floor of the Maharaja Building, Office No. 12 at 310/312 Samuel Street. We are right in the heart of Vadgadi, Masjid Bundar West. It’s a very busy part of the city, right above the Dhanlaxmi Hotel. If you’ve ever been to Kalbadevi, you know how crowded and lively it is. Our office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot to be in the middle of all the trading action. We handle various enterprise activities, mostly dealing with the wholesale trade that happens around Samuel Street. It’s a lot of phone calls, paperwork, and meeting people who are passing through the market. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually piled with samples or documents. We don't have a corporate structure with lots of managers. It’s just us doing the work. The smells from the hotel downstairs and the noise from the street are just part of our daily life. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the other shopkeepers in the building. We don't go in for flashy advertising. Most of our business comes from the relationships we’ve built over the years in this neighborhood. It’s a tough, fast-paced environment, but we enjoy being where the action is. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of the chaos.
