We don’t have any modern glass partitions or fancy espresso machines. Instead, we have old wooden desks and shelves filled with records. We handle various tasks for our clients, mostly focused on local trade and business services. It’s the kind of work that requires patience and a good understanding of how things work in this part of the city. The noise from Magadi Road is constant, with trucks and rickshaws going by, but we don't really notice it anymore. We are a small team and we like to keep things personal. When someone comes into the office, they talk directly to us, not a machine or a receptionist who doesn't know their name.
