We've been at the D/3a spot in the 4th Phase of Kiadb for a while now. Most people around Goregaon East know where we are. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle the daily orders and keep things moving. We started small and just kept at it. There’s always something to do, whether it’s sorting through materials or talking to the guys on the floor. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We mostly just focus on getting the work finished on time so nobody is waiting. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and loud around here, especially in the afternoons. That's just how the industrial area is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved in. If you walk past the gate, you’ll probably see us moving boxes or checking some paperwork. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t really do much advertising. People usually just find us by word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us for years. We like to keep things simple. No complicated systems or big meetings, just the daily routine of running Rupam Enterprise. We’re usually here early in the morning before the traffic gets bad. It’s a good spot to work from. We’ve got some long-term staff who know the place inside out. It makes the day go smoother. We don't worry about being the biggest around, we just want to do right by the people who buy from us. Some days are harder than others, but that's life. We just take it as it comes.
