Our company, Rupali Appliances (India) Pvt Ltd, is located at 99 Marine Drive in Bhandup. It’s a bit of a strange address because people usually think of the famous Marine Drive, but we are definitely here in the Bhandup area. The office is in a busy spot where there’s always something going on. We deal with all sorts of household appliances, so the warehouse part of our building is always full of big boxes. Refrigerators, washing machines, you name it, we probably have a few sitting around. The office part is separate but it’s still quite noisy because of the constant loading and unloading. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We aren't really into fancy titles or big meetings. We just get the orders processed and make sure the trucks are loaded correctly. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the whole building. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just put our heads down and get through it. The area around here is quite industrial, so there’s a lot of dust and the constant sound of machinery. It’s not the prettiest place to work, but it suits us just fine. We just focus on getting the appliances where they need to go. It’s a straightforward business for the folks at Rupali Appliances and we like it that way. No fluff, just work.
