Being up on the fifth floor at 504 Shraddha, Plot No-49 in Upper Govind Nagar, you get a decent view of Malad East, though we are usually too busy to look out the window much. Rudra Biotech is the name on the door, and mostly what we do here involves a lot of technical work and looking at data. It’s not the kind of place with a big storefront or walk-in customers all day. We have our desks and our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. The building itself stays pretty active with all the other offices, so there is always someone coming or going in the elevator. We spend most of our hours here just going through the daily tasks, making sure the biotech side of things is handled without any mix-ups. It gets a bit cramped when new supplies arrive, but we manage to fit everything in eventually. Living and working in Malad means you’re used to the noise and the pace of the city, and our office is just one part of that. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just focus on the specific work we have in front of us. Most of us have been here long enough that we know the routine by heart. It’s practical work, and we just try to keep things moving along every single day without any extra drama.
