Rpg Life Sciences has a presence here in Kharghar at Gayatri Heritage. We are up on the ninth floor, in B-902. Sector 20 is a pretty nice part of Navi Mumbai, fairly open and not as cramped as some of the older parts of the city. We work in the life sciences field, which sounds very technical, and I guess it is, but the day-to-day is just a lot of checking data and keeping track of various reports for the company. The office has a good view of the surrounding area, which helps when the work gets a bit tedious or long. We have a small team here. Most of us have been with the company for a while, so we know how things go and what needs to be done. It’s not a place with a lot of flash or fancy decor. We have our computers, some lab-related paperwork, and a small kitchen area where we all eat lunch together. Sometimes the elevator in Gayatri Heritage takes a bit of time, which is just one of those things you get used to when you work on the ninth floor. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to sound important. We just focus on the science and the business side of things. It’s a quiet place to work, and we like it that way.
