Our main office is located in Wockhardt Towers over in the Bandra Kurla Complex. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic BKC can be. It is full of big glass buildings and people in a hurry. We are right in the middle of all that in Bandra East. The office itself is quite large because there are so many different departments working under one roof. We handle everything from the manufacturing side of things to the distribution of medicines. It’s not a place where we see patients; it’s more about the business and administrative side of healthcare. Most of us spend our days in front of computers or on phone calls with the various sites we have across the country. The elevators in the tower are always packed during lunch hour. We have a lot of people working here, so it can get pretty loud in the open office areas. The commute is the hardest part for most of the staff, especially during the monsoon when the roads around Bandra get flooded. We’ve been in this specific building for a long time, so it feels like home to many of us who have been with the company for years. We don't have much time for small talk, as there is always another deadline or a report that needs finishing. It’s just a standard, busy corporate office in one of the city's biggest business hubs where we get the job done.
