We've been at Dhanlaxmi Apartments for a while now. It’s a quiet building in the Vasant-Leela complex, right off Ghodbunder Road in Thane. Most people know the area because it’s always busy with traffic, but our spot in C-201 stays pretty calm. We do research work here, mostly technical stuff that takes up a lot of time and focus. It’s not like those big fancy corporate offices you see in the city center with glass walls and expensive coffee bars. It’s just a regular apartment turned into a workspace where we get things done. We chose Waghbil because it’s easier for some of the staff to get to without spending hours in a commute every single day. Usually, you’ll find a few of us hunkered down over papers or on the phone with clients. There isn’t much to say about the decor, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. People sometimes find it a bit tricky to find the right wing if they haven't been here before, but once you’re inside, it’s a decent place to work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years as more buildings went up around us. We just keep our heads down and handle the research tasks that come our way every day. It's a steady life and we're okay with that.
